still allowing the knee to move freely. The brace can be used for sports such as running, skiing, cycling and riding while not being intrusive to the wearer.
The lightweight frames are made using latest injection technologies and we use an exclusive Tryonic compound to make the knee brace strong and light with a little of flexibility to follow the muscle in the leg.
Thanks to Doctor Stanislav Peharec who led this project by leading our team to create a device, which gives the right support while
allowing the muscles to work with pressure on them.
LET YOUR MUSCLES WORK
T6 knee brace is designed to fit your leg avoiding you to push your muscle which gives the support to knee ligaments. Its shape leaves enough space in the muscle to make it work and at the same time the frames keep the leg solidly together.
The SB1 mechanism gives the ROTOTRANSLATION movement, which replicates the knee ligament movement and together with the frame, makes a great sense of support.
Our injected material is strong and light and its unique compound make it special and better compared to other product on the market as it also has a little bit of flexibility to surround the leg. Forged aluminium for the mechanism to make it unbreakable even after hours and hours of hard racing. Test reports from our factory testers show how solid and strong this product is and is made
to resist longer than any other knee brace.
SB1 FORGED ALUMINIUM MECHANISM: THE CORE
The biggest challenge in making the T6 knee brace was to build a mechanism to replicate the knee ligaments’ natural movements and to be combined with the lightweight frames. The result is the SB1.
SB1 is made with a resistant forged aluminium and it naturally works with your ligaments to keep the knee brace tight to knee during any activities. It was tested in the motocross circuits with mud, dirt and the heaviest conditions possible and despite those facts it worked at its best. The SB1 makes the knee brace special and it was the first patent made by Tryonic and it was developed according to the specification of Doctor Stanislav Peharec.
FRAMES: Injected polymer reinforced with special powders. Upper and lower frame with Double compounds.
MECHANISM: Cold forged aluminium SB1 patented.
PADDING: Thermalwelded pe foams with double layers of removable and washable soft Fabric. Remouvable silicon gel knee pad and additional padded insert.
FASTENING: Ventilated stretch fabric with soft neoprene and adjustable velcro strap.
