TRYONIC

Tryonic designs and develops its products through a modern design centre located in Asolo-Treviso in Italy where designers and product developers work together.
This team take care of the whole process from the first sketches to the final drawings which become then a 3D file ( in case of plastic pieces ) to be sent to our rapid prototype machines to make a functional prototype very close to a finished product.
A small and efficient production line allows to put together the rigid prototype part with the soft parts in order to have a complete product which is the reference for the mass production and the reference to make all the moulds for each single component. From now on a severe test procedure begin along with the certification tests which are just before the product enters the market.

CREATING INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS

1) REPRODUCING THE SPINE

The Tryonic Vertebra System replicates the spine’s movement giving our protectors more freedom of movement and extraordinary ergonomics compared to conventional spinal protectors.
Any person participating in a sport or outdoor activity requiring a spinal protector will experience greater comfort due to the way the protector is designed: just different, just innovative. The amazing safety features are achieved from knowledge and experience gained in different fields.

2) TECHNOLOGIES THAT MAKE YOU SAFER

We have designed protectors for sports such as skiing, riding and cycling that provide extra protection with an outer PU shell featuring over-injection ribs to absorb impacts and inner EPS thick layer to minimise impacts. The protectors comply with the EN1621-2 and they are tested to function at – 20 C.

3 ) SURROUNDING YOUR KNEE

An innovative knee brace with  new lightweight injected frame has been developed after two years of research. The brace is made of aluminium and along with the design of frame it provides exceptional strength  support while still allowing the knee to move freely. The brace can be used for sports such as running, skiing, cycling and riding while not being intrusive to the wearer.

MEDICAL SUPPORT

Tryonic cooperates closely with doctors and hospitals and this is an extremely important aspect of the development and design of all our products. We are currently cooperating with two leading doctors:

-    Doctor Stanislav Peharec is our orthopedic consultant and works with us on the knee brace project. He is based in Pula ( Croatia ) and his modern building close to the sea is an important location for many top sportspeople in football, basketball, tennis, and Formula 1 all of whom constantly use his skills and experience whenever they have an injury or condition related to the knees. Our knee brace design has been developed in line with his key technical suggestions and guidance.

-    Doctor Lorella Nardin of Treviso Hospital is supporting us on the development of our medical helmet and together with her we created the first custom made medical helmet for a patient using a new technology which allows us to create a unique protection for patients suffering severe injury and trauma to their heads. Dr. Nardin’s involvement and cooperation on this project gives us critical input in terms of experience and knowledge in this medical field and allows us to focus our development of our products from the needs of the patient.

TESTING

Our all products are tested at DOLOMITICERT and RICOTEST in Italy which are a leading testing house and which puts all our prototypes and finished products through a series of demanding and rigorous tests in a live environment.

Along with tests in the above mentioned laboratories we also have our own factory testers who provide us with ongoing information for fitting, durability and comfort of our products throughout the design process. We have a strong relationship professional testers who tested our back protectors and knee braces with on road, off road and in live circuit tests at the likes of Mugello, Valencia and Nardo (high speed testing track). Their input and suggestions have been implemented and are reflected in the final launch of our products.
